The agreement
Between you and Fig. This is the whole thing.
Version 2026-09-05
What we do with your stuff
- We store your calls, transcripts and recordings so you can search and replay them.
- Your provider API key is encrypted. We never show it back to you.
- Your calls, transcripts and recordings are stored in Australia. Your email address is held by our sign-in provider in the United States.
- We never sell your data, and never hand it over unless the law forces us to.
- We look at how Fig is used — screens, errors — to fix bugs and improve it.
- We don’t use your calls or transcripts to train AI models.
What you’re responsible for
- The calls themselves. Your AI agent said what it said. That’s your business.
- Telling people they’re being recorded, where the law says you must.
- Deciding who at your clients sees what. We enforce your choice; we don’t make it.
What we’re not promising
- Fig is new. Things will break sometimes.
- We don’t promise it’s always up.
Leaving
- Close your account whenever you like.
- Ask us to delete your data and we will, including backups.
- We can close your account if you break this agreement. We’ll tell you first.
Changes
- If we change this, we’ll tell you what changed, in one line, before it applies.
Law
- Victoria, Australia.
